Contact uploads are queuing up, but not completing, since early this morning. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update shortly.

 

To determine if you are on Pod1:

Log into Eloqua as you normally do

Look at the browser URL once you are logged in

Pod1 URL has the following format - www.secure.eloqua.com/...  (note:  no number included in URL)

All imports running normally. Backlog has cleared.

From 4:30 AM EST to 9:18 AM EST on Tuesday, January 15th, Data Import Services were not functioning. This resulted in import activities such as uploads (imports) and CRM synchs to queue up instead of completing. When Data Import Services were restored at 9:18 AM these activities began again. There was a noticeable delay for a few hours as the backlog was processed. The root cause of this issue was determined to be a defect that slowly used up all available connections to one of our queuing systems.

Please note that the Winter '13 release to Pod1 customers is taking longer than expected to complete. We will provide an updated ETA as soon as one is available.
