We have been experiencing application performance issues today. We are working on addressing the issue. The effects can be seen in slow system performance and possible email send delays.


This issue is specific to clients on one database server only.





Update, Feb 21, 7:37 PM EST (UTC -5):


This issue only affected clients on one DB server. The server resources were being over-utilized by a system process. We terminated the process, which immediately freed up resources.



We experienced a short period of slow system performance. The issue has been addressed, and we are working on the underlying cause.

This issue only affected clients on one DB server. The server resources were being over utilized by a system process. We freed up resources to provide relief while we continue to investigate the root cause.




Eloqua will be performing unscheduled maintenance between:

Friday, February 8th, 11:00 PM, and Saturday, February 9th, 1:00 AM (all times EST)


Application processing will be suspended at 11:00 PM, and will remain down for up to two hours. During this time you will still have access to the application, but scheduled activity (such as e-mail sending) will be on hold, and will resume following the maintenance period.


This maintenance will only affect you if, when logged in to Eloqua, your browser URL contains "p03", e.g.

Eloqua will be performing scheduled maintenance between 11:00 PM, Tuesday, February 5th, and 1:00 AM, Wednesday, February 6th (all times EST).


While the application may remain accessible during this time, some features such as file and image uploads, program builder and emails will be paused as they are upgraded.

There will also be intermittent downtime during this window.

You are advised to avoid using the application during this window.
