Our Development Team is currently investigating an incident where Page Tag Uploads can introduce performance degradation with Autosynchs.  At this time, we are advising customers not to perform page tag uploads to ensure optimal Autosynchs performance.  We do not have an ETA for resolution but the next scheduled update will be on Tuesday, Sept 29th around 10:00 am EDT (UTC-4).

This incident is now resolved.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident that is impacting the availability of Eloqua hosted images. Where navigating to Assets > Component Library > Images, do not show any image.  As a workaround, you can search for the image file name and then drag it into the editor.   We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be around 10:00 AM EDT (UTC -4).

This incident is now resolved.

 

After analysis by our support teams, it was determined that the incident resulted from a configuration issue. The configuration issue has been resolved and production use of your Eloqua service has been restored. Oracle is also reviewing the monitoring, alerting and standard operating procedures related to the incident. After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently woking on a incident where net new domain registrations are not working within the Eloqua platform. Domains registered through Eloqua that are coming up for renewal are also impacted. The teams are working through to get this resolved, and while we don't have an ETA, our next update will be Sunday, September 20th around 11:00 am EDT (UTC-4).

After analysis by our support teams, it was determined that the incident resulted from a standard operating procedure error. The production use of your Eloqua service has been restored. The related standard operating procedure has been reviewed for improvement and for additional safeguards to avoid this issue in the future. Oracle is also reviewing the monitoring and alerting procedures related to the incident. After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken.

The hot-fix was successfully completed at 5:50 am EDT (UTC-4).


We have identified an incident where forms submitted via Chrome or Safari browsers, the submit button turns grey and no submission occurs.  A workaround has been identified for landing pages created in HTML only:

 

1. Go to the form > Gear Button > View Form HTML.

2. Copy the form's HTML markup.

3. Go to the Landing Page > In the HTML editor of the Landing Page, paste the form's HTML. (NOTE: dragging and dropping the Form control will not give an error at this point but will also not work)

4. Find (Ctrl + f) the attribute 'onclick' and delete both the attribute and it's value.

5. Click Save.

 

Our Development Team is currently working on this incident.  We do not have any ETA for resolution.  The next schedule update will be on Friday, Sept 18th around 10:00 am EDT (UTC-4).
