After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken.

Oracle Eloqua Apps Release: Version 215

 

 

The Eloqua Apps 'Version 215' Release is on its way. Your Eloqua instance will be seeing the new enhancements on Friday, October 16th, 2015.

 

The Version 215 rollout begins on Friday, October 16th, at 6 am, and will conclude by 12 pm. [All times EDT (UTC -4).]

 

Profiler and applications hosted at ''apps.p07.eloqua.com/' will not be configurable during the maintenance window.

Emergency Hot Fix Advisory: Thursday, October 8th, 2015


Eloqua will be performing an emergency hot-fix on Thursday, October 8th, at 11:00 pm to Friday, October 9th at 5:00 am EDT (UTC -4).

 

It is related to cloud connector registration incident. During portions of this maintenance period, the following platform features will be unavailable:

 

  • API


The hot-fix will be applied in the following order: POD 7,  POD 6, POD 4, POD 2,  POD 3 and POD 1. We estimate the hot-fix will take around 3 hours to complete, however, our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with our progress during the hot-fix.


Customers may experience a temporary performance degradation.

Our Development Team is currently investigating an incident where some clients are unable to process registrations with cloud connectors hosted on cloudconnectors.eloqua.com that are triggered via Form processing steps. We do not have an ETA for resolution but the next scheduled update will be on Tuesday, Oct 6th around 10:00 am EDT (UTC-4).

Upon further investigation, the root cause of the incident was found to be the result of an event within the Customer's control authority.  We recommend that the Customer work with Oracle Support to remediate the situation and put a long term corrective action in place.
