The Eloqua Apps 'Version 218' Release is on its way. Your Eloqua instance will be seeing the new enhancements on Friday, February 5th, 2016.

 

The Version 218 rollout begins on Friday, February 5th, at 11 am and will conclude by 5 pm UTC.

Oracle Eloqua will be performing an emergency maintenance starting Friday January 15th, 2016. There will be little to no impact as a result of this maintenance.  It is estimated that this will take approximately 2 hours to complete and customers who will be affected by this maintenance have the Oracle Eloqua Advanced Data Security Cloud Service and leveraging the Site-to-site VPN Data transmission option.  Traffic disruptions of up to a few seconds will occur during the patching of the VPN appliances.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident relating to email sending delays on POD 1. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 9:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident that is impacting the performance of BULK API on POD 1. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 7:00 pm UTC.

This incident is now resolved.

 

After analysis by our support teams, it was determined that the incident was the result of a software bug of an Oracle Program. Information related to the incident has been passed on to our Product Engineering team. Once Product Engineering confirms they have a resolution to the issue, it will be deployed to the applicable Oracle Programs for your Eloqua service. No ETA for resolution is available at this time. Oracle is also reviewing the monitoring, alerting and standard operating procedures related to the incident. After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken, including deployment of the appropriate patch or release when available.
