Emergency Hot Fix Advisory: Wednesday, February 24th, 2016

 

 

Eloqua will be performing an emergency hot-fix on Wednesday, February 24th, 2016.  POD schedule as follows:


POD 2  - Wednesday February 24th, 4:00 AM UTC to 10:00 AM UTC

POD 7 -  Friday February 26th, 11:00 AM UTC to 5:00 PM UTC

POD 6 -  Friday February 26th, 9:00 PM UTC to Saturday, February 27th at 3:00 AM UTC

POD 4 -  Saturday February 27th, 1:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC

 

 


During portions of this maintenance period, application processing (ie Campaign Canvas Flow, Email sending etc) will be unavailable. We recommend that customers not attempt to use the application at this time.

 

We estimate the hot-fix will take around 3-4 hours to complete, however, our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with our progress during the hot-fix.
