Eloqua will be performing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016 between 3 am to 9 am UTC.

 

 

During portions of this maintenance period, Bulk API and data import and export services will be unavailable. There will also be intermittent downtime during this period.

You are advised to avoid using the application during this window. Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the maintenance.

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 4: Saturday, August 6th from 12am to 6am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, August 5th at 8pm to Saturday, August 6th at 2am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, August 5th from 10am to 4pm UTC


During portions of this maintenance period, Bulk API and data import and export services will be unavailable. There will also be intermittent downtime during this period.

You are advised to avoid using the application during this window. Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the maintenance.

A defect has been identified where clients are experiencing intermittent issues with "Access Denied" alerts within the Eloqua application. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be on July 28th at approximately 8pm UTC.

A defect has been identified affecting the Bulk API, specifically Activity Exports. If you are impacted by this issue, the exports will generate an error message indicating that "There was an error processing the import" within the UI. Oracle development is investigating this issue and will provide an update July 22, 2016 at 1:00 PM UTC

Oracle Eloqua Apps Release: Version 224

 

 

The Eloqua Apps 'Version 224' Release is on its way. Your Eloqua instance will be seeing the new enhancements on Friday, July 22nd, 2016.

 

The Version 224 rollout starting Friday, June 24th, 2016.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, July 23rd from 12am to 5am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, July 22nd at 8pm to Saturday, July 23rd at 1am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, July 22nd from 10am to 3pm UTC

 

Profiler and applications hosted at 'apps.p01.eloqua.com' (for Pod 1) ,'apps.p02.eloqua.com' (for Pod 2), etc will not be configurable during the maintenance window.

Log into Eloqua as you normally would.

Our Development and Cloud Operations Team are currently investigating an incident that is impacting the overall performance of the

Cloud Apps in Campaign and Program canvasses. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, the next update will be on Thursday, July 14th around 5:00 PM UTC.

 

After analysis by our support teams, it was determined that the incident was the result of a software issue, which has been corrected by our Product Engineering Team and deployed to the Eloqua Platform. Oracle is also reviewing the monitoring, alerting, and standard operating procedures related to the incident. After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken.
