Log into Eloqua as you normally would.

Look at the browser URL once you are logged in.

Your POD URL has the following format: secure.p01.eloqua for POD 1, secure.p02.eloqua.com for POD 2, etc.

Oracle Eloqua Apps Release: Version 226

 

 

The Eloqua Apps 'Version 226' Release is on its way. Your Eloqua instance will be seeing the new enhancements on Friday, September 23rd, 2016.

 

The Version 226 rollout starting Friday, September 23rd, 2016.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, September 24th from 12am to 5am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, September 23rd at 8pm to Saturday, September 24th at 1am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, September 23rd from 10am to 3pm UTC

 

Profiler and applications hosted at 'apps.p01.eloqua.com' (for Pod 1) ,'apps.p02.eloqua.com' (for Pod 2), etc will not be configurable during the maintenance window.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 3 may experience performance degradation while working in Eloqua Apps. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 9pm UTC.

**Update** Thursday, September 15th, 8:25 pm UTC

 

Our Cloud Operations team has confirmed that this incident is now resolved.

 

After analysis by our support teams, it was determined that the incident was the result of a software bug of an Oracle Program. Information related to the incident has been passed on to our Product Engineering team. Once Product Engineering confirms they have a resolution to the issue, it will be deployed to the applicable Oracle Programs for your Eloqua service. No ETA for resolution is available at this time. Oracle is also reviewing the monitoring, alerting and standard operating procedures related to the incident. After these reviews are completed, additional appropriate corrective actions identified during the reviews will be taken, including deployment of the appropriate patch or release when available.
