Eloqua will be performing emergency maintenance on Friday, September 29th, 2017.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, September 30th from 12am to 4am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, September 29th from 8pm to 9pm UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, September 29th from 10am to 11am UTC

 

During this maintenance period, there will be minimal performance degradation to Eloqua Apps.

Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the window.

Eloqua will be performing an emergency maintenance on Wednesday, September 20th, 2017, between 3:00 am and 4:00 am UTC. During the portion of this maintenance, login to Eloqua Application will be unavailable for a brief period of time.  

We estimate the maintenance will take around 15 minutes to complete, however, our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with our progress during the maintenance.

We are aware of an incident where some POD 3 clients are not able to log into the Eloqua Application. The Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating the incident and are working to resolve this. We cannot provide an ETA, but the next scheduled update will be around 12:00 am UTC.

Oracle Eloqua Apps Release: Version 238

 

 

The Eloqua Apps 'Version 238' Release is on its way. Your Eloqua instance will be seeing the new enhancements on Friday, September 15th, 2017.

 

The Version 238 rollout starting Friday, September 15th, 2017.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, September 16th from 12am to 5am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, September 15th at 8pm to Saturday, September 16th at 1am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, September 15th from 10am to 3pm UTC

 

Profiler and applications hosted at 'apps.p01.eloqua.com' (for Pod 1) ,'apps.p02.eloqua.com' (for Pod 2), etc will not be configurable during the maintenance window.

To determine your POD:

Log into Eloqua as you normally would.

Look at the browser URL once you are logged in.

Your POD URL has the following format: secure.p01.eloqua for POD 1, secure.p02.eloqua.com for POD 2, etc.
