Eloqua will be performing an emergency maintenance on Sunday, October 29th, 2017 between 9 am and 9 pm UTC *

 

 

The impact of the Eloqua Service will be minimal, as customers may experience a temporary performance degradation during the window.
We estimate the maintenance will take around 6 hours to complete, however, our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with our progress during the maintenance.

  • POD 6: Friday, October 27th at 8pm to Saturday, October 28th at 2am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, October 27th from 10am to 4pm UTC

 

The impact of the Eloqua Service will be minimal, as customers may experience a temporary performance degradation during the window.

Our cloud operations team has identified an issue with Eloqua Apps and the service is currently unavailable. The Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating the incident and are working to resolve this. We cannot provide an ETA, but the next scheduled update will be approximately 4:00 PM UTC.

Eloqua Apps queues cannot be restored in a safe manner.    If you have any App steps configured with contacts stuck prior to Saturday October 7th, 2017 7:35 AM UTC, please re-enter the contacts into the steps to have them get processed.

Eloqua Apps service has been restored.  Any records that were in queue for processing prior to Saturday October 7th, 12am UTC will be queued for processing while recovery efforts are in progress.  We do not have an ETA on when those records will be processed, however an update on backlog processing will be provided on Sunday, October 8th, 4:00 PM UTC.

Oracle Eloqua Apps Release: Version 239

 

 

The Eloqua Apps 'Version 239' Release is on its way. Your Eloqua instance will be seeing the new enhancements on Friday, October 13th, 2017.

 

The Version 239 rollout starting Friday, October 13th, 2017.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, October 14th from 12am to 5am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, October 13th at 8pm to Saturday, October 14th at 1am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, October 13th from 10am to 3pm UTC

 

Profiler and applications hosted at 'apps.p01.eloqua.com' (for Pod 1) ,'apps.p02.eloqua.com' (for Pod 2), etc will not be configurable during the maintenance window.

To determine your POD:

Log into Eloqua as you normally would.

Look at the browser URL once you are logged in.

Your POD URL has the following format: secure.p01.eloqua for POD 1, secure.p02.eloqua.com for POD 2, etc.
