Our Cloud Operations team is currently investigating an issue where clients are receiving an error message when attempting to access insight on POD 1. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 4:30 pm UTC

  • POD 6: Friday, February 2nd from 8pm to 5am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, February 2nd from 10am to 7pm UTC

 

During this maintenance period, the following services (BlueKai, WeChat, Contact Washing Machine, Sales Cloud Integration, SalesForce Campaign Integration, SRM Custom Audience, ICS) will be paused and resumed once maintenance is complete.
