In an effort to minimize disruption to our customer’s marketing efforts, we decided to postpone the major infrastructure maintenance events previously scheduled for March 9th and revise our schedule for other datacenters. This critical maintenance event, which is required to enhance the uptime and performance abilities of our infrastructure will now be made as follows:
- POD 1 / 2
- POD 3 / 4
- POD 6
- POD 7
We expect the maintenance to be completed within a duration of 9 hours for each datacenter. Within that time period, portions of both the user facing and public facing capabilities of the Eloqua services such as landing pages and form capture will be briefly taken offline for various lengths of time. Our teams are making every efforts to keep disruptions to a minimum but our customers should take care to avoid conducting important marketing activities within the maintenance window.
