Scheduled Maintenance Advisory: Saturday, July 14th, 2018

 

In order to maintain the highest level of availability and performance of the Eloqua infrastructure, we are planning network maintenance on Saturday, July 14th at 1 am to 3 am UTC.

 

We recommend to plan accordingly by saving your work and logging out of the application prior to the maintenance start.

 

The maintenance window is currently scheduled to last no more than 2 hours and during that time, the following Eloqua services will be affected and are expected to be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes:

 

  • The Eloqua application UI will be inaccessible to users
  • Emails will not be delivered
  • Apps including Integration Apps and the Eloqua Sales Tools will not be working
  • Contacts will not be flowing through apps but their flow will resume once the Apps go back online
  • Eloqua hosted Landing Pages will be unavailable

Scheduled Maintenance Advisory: Friday, July 13th, 2018

 

Eloqua will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, July 13th, 2018.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, July 14th from 1 am to 10 am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, July 13th at 7 pm to Saturday, July 14th at 4 am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, July 13th from 9 am to 6 pm UTC

 

During this maintenance period, Eloqua Apps, integrations relying on apps and Sales tools (Engage/Profiler) will be unavailable. Contacts in canvas / programs relying on apps will be queued and workflows will resume once the maintenance is complete.

 

Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the window.

Emergency Maintenance Advisory: Friday, June 15th, 2018

 

Eloqua will be performing emergency maintenance on Friday, June 15th, 2018 to resolve some Eloqua Insight issues uncovered after the arrival of the 18B Eloqua release.

 

Users can expect the following issues to be resolved with the emergency maintenance:

 

  • Restoration of the Subject Area toolbar
  • Ability to create an agent in Insight from a report with more than 1000 rows
  • Restoration of the ability to run the form submission Data Report

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, June 16th from 1 am to 10 am UTC
  • POD 6: Friday, June 15th from 7 pm  to Saturday June 16th 4 am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, June 15th from 11 am to 8 pm UTC

 

During this maintenance period, the new Eloqua Insight reporting area (OBIEE) will be unavailable. No disruptions are expected for Eloqua Apps, Integrations, or the core Eloqua platform.

We recommend to plan accordingly by saving your work and logging out of the application prior to the maintenance start.

 

 

The following Eloqua services will be affected are expected to be unavailable for ~10 minutes within the maintenance window which is currently scheduled to last no more than 4 hours.

 

  • The Eloqua application UI will be inaccessible to users
  • Emails will not be delivered
  • Apps including Integration Apps and the Eloqua Sales Tools will not be working
  • Contacts will not be flowing through apps but their flow will resume once the Apps go back online
  • Eloqua hosted Landing Pages will be unavailable

  • The Eloqua application UI will be inaccessible to users
  • Emails will not be delivered
  • Apps including Integration Apps and the Eloqua Sales Tools will not be working
  • Contacts will not be flowing through apps but their flow will resume once the Apps go back online
  • Eloqua hosted Landing Pages will be unavailable
