Our Cloud Operations team is currently investigating an incident where clients are unable to log into the Eloqua application. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 3:00 pm UTC.

Scheduled Maintenance Advisory: Friday, October 5th, 2018

 

Eloqua will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, October 5th, 2018.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4: Saturday, October 6th between 1 am and 10 am UTC
  • POD 6: Between Friday, October 5th, 7 pm and Saturday October 6th, 4 am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, October 5th between 11 am and 8 pm UTC

 

During this maintenance period, Eloqua Apps, integrations relying on apps and Sales tools (Engage/Profiler) will become temporarily unavailable. Contacts in canvas / programs relying on apps will be queued and workflows will resume once the maintenance is complete.

Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the window.

Our cloud operations team has identified an issue with email redirect links not working. The Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating the incident and are working to resolve this. We cannot provide an ETA, but the next scheduled update will be at approximately 9:00 PM UTC.

Our Cloud Operations team have identified an issue where the clients may experience degraded performance with Eloqua Apps.  We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 10:00 pm UTC.
