Scheduled Maintenance Advisory: Monday, June 10th, 2019

 

 

In order to maintain the highest level of availability and performance of the Eloqua infrastructure, we are planning network maintenance on Monday, June 10th at 1 am to 5 am UTC.

 

We recommend to plan accordingly by saving your work and logging out of the application prior to the maintenance start.

 

During the maintenance, the following Eloqua services will be affected and are expected to be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes:

 

  • The Eloqua application UI will be inaccessible to users
  • Emails will not be delivered
  • Apps including Integration Apps and the Eloqua Sales Tools will not be working
  • Contacts will not be flowing through apps but their flow will resume once the Apps go back online
  • Eloqua hosted Landing Pages will be unavailable

 

Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the maintenance.

Scheduled Maintenance Advisory: Friday, June 7th, 2019

 

Eloqua will be performing maintenance starting Friday, June 7th, 2019.

 

The per pod schedule is as follows:

 

  • POD 1, 2, 3, 4:  Saturday, June 8th between 1 am and 10 am UTC
  • POD 6: Between Friday, June 7th, 7 pm and Saturday June 8th, 4 am UTC
  • POD 7: Friday, June 7th between 11 am and 8 pm UTC

 

During this maintenance period Eloqua Apps, integrations relying on apps, and Sales tools (Engage/Profiler) will become temporarily unavailable. Contacts in canvas / programs relying on apps will be queued and workflows will resume once the maintenance is complete.

Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the window.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 3 & 4 may experience performance degradation while working in Eloqua Apps. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 6pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations team have identified an issue where the clients may experience degraded performance with Eloqua Apps.  We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 6:30 am UTC

Our Cloud Operations team is investigating an incident where Oracle Eloqua Apps is unavailable for POD 1 and 4 clients. No ETA is available, the next update will be at approximately 3 pm UTC.

Emergency Maintenance Advisory: Saturday, May 4th, 2019

 

Eloqua will be performing emergency maintenance on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at 1 am to 9 am UTC.

 

During this maintenance period Eloqua Apps, integrations relying on apps, and Sales tools (Engage/Profiler) will become temporarily unavailable. Contacts in canvas / programs relying on apps will be queued and workflows will resume once the maintenance is complete.
