Eloqua System Status

Our Cloud Operations Team has resolved an issue where Eloqua Apps were not accessible for POD 4 clients.

We’re investigating an issue with Facebook Lead Ads not currently functioning for Eloqua customers on POD1 and POD4. We’re working with Facebook to resolve connectivity. We will provide an update when more information becomes available.

Our Cloud Operations Team has resolved an issue where landing pages were not accessible for POD 1 clients.

Our Cloud Operations team is currently investigating an incident where clients are unable to use the email or landing page editors. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 5:00 pm UTC.

The Eloqua 20B release will roll out on Friday, May 22nd, 2020, 9:00 PM to Saturday, May 23rd, 2020, 6:00 AM UTC.

Urgent Maintenance Advisory: Saturday, April 4th, 2020

 

In order to maintain the highest level of availability and performance of the Eloqua infrastructure, we are planning network maintenance on Saturday, April 4th at 1 am to 4 am UTC.

 

We recommend to plan accordingly by saving your work and logging out of the application prior to the maintenance start.

 

The maintenance window is currently scheduled to last no more than 3 hours and during that time, the following Eloqua services will be affected and are expected to be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes:

 

  • The Eloqua application UI will be inaccessible to users
  • Emails will not be delivered
  • Apps including Integration Apps and the Eloqua Sales Tools will not be working
  • Contacts will not be flowing through apps but their flow will resume once the Apps go back online
  • Eloqua hosted Landing Pages will be unavailable
  • Form data will be captured offline during this period

 

Please refer back to this page for further information as it will be update once the maintenance is completed.

Our Cloud Operations team has resolved an incident where clients were receiving an error message when logging into the Eloqua application.  All systems are up and fully operational.

Urgent Maintenance Advisory: Friday, February 21st, 2020

 

 

Eloqua will be performing urgent maintenance on Friday, February 21st, 2020 from 2 am to 4 am UTC.

 

During this maintenance window, the Eloqua platform will be made unavailable including landing pages, and forms. Form data will not be captured offline during this period.
Please save your work and log out of the application prior to the maintenance start. We will update this posting once the maintenance has been completed.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 1 may experience performance degradation while working in the Eloqua application. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 7 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations Team was currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 1 are not able to login into the application. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 10:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 1 may experience intermittent performance degradation (503 errors) when using the UI and Bulk API. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 6 pm UTC.

 

UPDATE: Clients may also experience this behavior (503 errors) when using forms.
