Eloqua System Status

Our Cloud Operations Team was currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 1 are not able to login into the application. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 10:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations Team is currently investigating an incident where clients on POD 1 may experience intermittent performance degradation (503 errors) when using the UI and Bulk API. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution, and the next update will be at 6 pm UTC.

 

UPDATE: Clients may also experience this behavior (503 errors) when using forms.

Eloqua 20A Release

 

The Eloqua 20A release will roll out on Friday, February 21st, 2020, 9:00 PM to Saturday, February 22nd, 2020, 6:00 AM UTC.

Our Cloud Operations team is investigating an incident where Oracle Eloqua Apps is unavailable for POD 1 clients. No ETA is available, the next update will be at approximately 8:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations Team have identified an issue where the clients may experience performance degradation when accessing landing pages and form submissions. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 8:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations team have resolved an issue where redirect links and form submissions were not functioning properly.

Urgent Maintenance Advisory: Thursday, December 19th, 2019

 

 

Eloqua will be performing urgent maintenance on Thursday, December 19th, 2019 between 3:00 am and 7:00 am UTC.

During this maintenance period, login and form processing will be unavailable for approximately 2 minutes. Our System Status page on Topliners will be updated with progress during the window.

Our Cloud Operations team is currently investigating an issue where clients are not able to access Insight on POD 1. We do not currently have an ETA for resolution. The next update will be at approximately 1:00 pm UTC.

Our Cloud Operations team is investigating an incident where Oracle Eloqua Apps is unavailable for POD 3 clients. No ETA is available, the next update will be at approximately 2:30 pm UTC.
