Cisco Finesse CTI integration

Our client was using a cisco UCCX which is based on Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) for agent login, and the http request sent to Oracle RN is handled by Cisco Desktop Administrator. Anyway, with this call center we installed a php file on the machine of each agent and this php file contains the call to screenpop ("http://localhost:3333/screenpop?t=editor&recordType=5)

Everything was working perfectly until the client decided to move to Cisco Finesse. The new call center's version is 11 and with this call center CAD is no longer exists. So with cisco finesse localhost in the new call center is pointing to Finesse. Unlike Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD), Cisco Finesse could not handle such requests.
