Hi Friends, 

Duplicates records are displaying in Agent desktop while creating new record.. Need to avoid that by giving error message like "Records are already existing " Popup. 

How to write add-ins to achieve this?  I need some steps to implement add-ins  for this requirement.

1. Report created with Same Unit number..

2. I'm able to create another record with same unit number.. I just need to avoid this using Add-ins
