Announcement: Upcoming Mandatory Maintenance for Oracle Cloud - Service Cloud -
I am new to the CX cloud and the mandatory maintenance is coming up on September 8th. It says that the users "can" experience service unavailability.
I was wondering if any of you might share some information/experience about this type of change. it seems that the RigthNow desktop will be available, but it will intermittently experience unavailability. is that correct?
