Inject value from a field in a script into a report

I have a script where a custom field value is set in the first screen.

The agent then migrates to the second screen in the same script via a button control.

Is it possible to use a dynamic report that references the value on the first screen in a report on the second screen?

I've tried this using a report that uses an expression of: incidents.c$custom_field

Operator: Complex Expression (And I've tried Equals)

Value: Blank

It isn't picking up the value? Any ideas greatly appreciated!
