Scroll bar in chat

Hi guys

When a user requests a chat from the Client Portal and the Agent responds from the Agent Console, when writing a response long enough in the chat a scroll bar appears to the width of the chat window, there is the possibility of deleting the scroll bar and that the user can see all the messages on the screen without the scroll bar
