Forward incident - Change mail address

Dear community,

​when an agent forwards an incident as an e-mail and the receiver answers this mail, there is always the mail address set of the agent who forwarded the mail.
Is there a way to forward an incident with the mail address of the mailbox, to which the customer orginally sent his service question?
