What is the difference between

1) the SKU "RightNow Emails Sent Service Period Pool - 100 Emails Sent" included in the ordering document

2) the usage limit indicated in the Service Description chart (in this example 6'000 Oracle RightNow Emails Sent Cloud Service)?

are they counted for different usage? for example, one is for outreach, other is for incident mail services?
