Learn Center Design Pages and Dynamic Tag - changing item type

I'm playing around with the new dynamic tags for the new learn center design pages and can't figure out how to change the Item Type. Right now, the only option is User and it's grayed out so I can't change it. Even if I choose a field type, it doesn't change. Screenshot attached.

I checked through the online help documentation and there is nothing in there about dynamic tags.

Anyone else using this feature yet?
