Confirmation to Close Tool Windows

We get multiple support calls from our end users who accidentally close a tool window and then do not know how to restore it. After showing them how to reopen and doc the tool window, the typical response is the question, can't we create a pop up asking them if they are sure they want to close the tool window. 

In some cases, the user is intentionally closing the tool window, but in many other cases, they accidentally close the window and don't know how they did it or how to get it back. Is it possible to create a pop-up of some sort with the question "Are you sure you want to close XXXX" and maybe include the instruction on how to reopen later?
