Social Monitor Broken for Facebook

Social Monitor has been unable to pick up Facebook posts in our UK operations since mid-July.  Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same and what you have been told about any forthcoming resolution?  All I seem to get is finger pointing back to FB, as in the example response below from Oracle Support:

This issue is being caused by some recent changes by Facebook related to their app review process. Our investigations so far seem to indicate that Facebook has prematurely revoked access to their app prior to the published August 1 deadline for app review.

This response was from mid-July talking about a pending change Oracle was aware of that was targeted for Aug 1, but for which FB evidently pulled the trigger on a little early.  Yet here it is August 29th and still no resolution.
