Hi All,

An absence (e.g Unpaid Leave) is recorded for half a day, but the function GET_ABSENCE_DAYS_PER_TYPE returns 1 day. Is there a way to get the actual duration in decimals? Are there other ways to get the actual absence duration in decimals in the "Global Absence Accrual Matrix" Formula? We are on Release 12.

Syntax:

l_Unpaid_Leave_Days = GET_ABSENCE_DAYS_PER_TYPE('Unpaid Leave',L_Pay_Period_Start,L_Pay_Period_End)
