Hello, 

I'm attempting to set up an Outreach Mailbox with the intent to have a confirmation email sent to a user after a survey is submitted.  I'm unsure what the naming conventions are for Outreach mail domains.  I haven't found any proper guidance in the support site, and I got an error that says I can't use "@custhelp.com" as an option.  Does anyone know if there are guidelines for naming the Bounce address and Reply-To address?

(Forgive me if this is a repeat post.  I may have originally attempted to post it during the conversion to the new community forum)
