Incorrect Chat Parameters

Hi All

We have a new test site which is going to use CP3.7 and Chat & Integrated cobrowse.  We are setting up the chat pages and seem to have an issue which wont launch chat.  When a contact initiates a session it tries to establish a connection to the server and then displays the below message:

'One or more values passed in for chat parameters are incorrect. Please review all chat parameters and re-submit the chat request. '

We are using the OTB code for chat_launch and chat_landing.php so cant see anywhere where we are passing bad parameters.  We have the same setup on prod with no issue.
