Can We Modify Font Colors, Sizes and Styles?

In service Cloud when the field is required it turns red. The client find it annoying and the look and feel is greatly affected with red font all over the workspace. They ask if we can only mark the required field with red asteris (*) and not the whole field name. They want to know if we can modify the Font colors from standard that is black to blue or green to suite their company theme colors and style. Also make it Italic, bold underline, etc. How can we do that? Please guide me as we are competing with salesforce.com service
