One of our customer is using communities but its not service cloud communities/Community Self Service, it has been implemented by another product vendor. Now the client want us to migrate that community to the service cloud community/CSS. I can think of migrating all the members somehow but I'm not sure if its possible to migrate all the community posts and threads as well. Does anyone have any experience on this?
