Users who want to disrupt a social experience, or community forum can use Subscript and superscript (known as zalgo text) which causes issues with site formatting.

o This is generated using simple Unicode sub/superscript characters
o Can be easily copied and pasted from generator sites
o Most commonly generated on this site: http://www.eeemo.net/ (others as well)

Request is to limit how many of these characters can appear in a sequence. There’s some good answers how to do that on StackOverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11978912/how-to-protect-against-diacritics-such-as-zalgo-text
