Unable to communicate to SRM using accelerators

Hi,

I have enabled SRM accelerators in service cloud and while pushing the data from SRM to service cloud incident gets created in service cloud and SRM gets back the incident reference number.

Within service cloud customer message(comment posted in FB page) is not available within thread and an error is coming saying"There was an error getting SRM rows" 

Can any one help me with this issue?
