no attachment is displayed within incident

Hello,

my problem is, that incoming incidents of channel type facebook are displayed in my agent desktop correctly.
I thought "If the the facebook message includes an attachment, the added attachment will be displayed in the attachment view within the incident". In my case it does not work so far
Even though I set the configuration parameter FACEBOOK_FA_ENABLED to "Yes". Are there more parameters to adapt?

Has anybody an idea for solving my problem?
