SRM accelerator Issue - Shows 'Pending Incident Number' for a long time & can't proceed
I have configured the SRM accelerator based on the new release document.(http://download.oracle.com/otndocs/SRMAccelerator/index.html)
Once it is done, I have sent the post to the service cloud, but it shows "Pending Incident number" for a long time.So I couldn't proceed further on this.
Is there anyway to trouble shoot this issue?
