How to and other questions regarding Collaboration (OSN)
We've started using/testing collaboration (integrated with Service Cloud) with a small group of staff members and I've come across some usage and administration questions I need assistance with. We access collaboration via the web, iphone/ipad and the Service Cloud console. I would appreciate any response with or directing me to the right area for these answers and thank you in advance for your help!
- Is there a way to view "all items" that have been created in collaboration. This is so I have an administrative view over items users are creating without having to be invited to join everything.
