Incident Service Collaboration - Unable to Add Related?

Hello everyone,

We are beginning to explore the functionality of Collaboration through Social Networking in Oracle Service Cloud. I've read in the documentation for this integration that it is possible to add an existing "Related Conversation" to the service incident but there is no "Add" button (screenshot attached) in the Control Object and I've been unable to find any configurations that would restrict its visibility.

Does anyone know if this documentation is inaccurate? or know how to add the "Add" button so it is possible to relate an existing Conversation to the Service Incident within the Agent Console / Incident Workspace Collaboration Control?
