The Rightnow CX has stoppped working
I have been working on CTI integration in RightNow using Add-in. In which I have to migrate the Ozeki's answer call functionality into Oracle CTI media bar answer call method. The functionality is working fine. After that I want to connect PBX server for voice interaction. For that I used Ozeki's PBX method.
The code was builded successfully without any error. But I cannot able to debug the code.When I started debug the code, the pop up shown as "The Rightnow CX has Stopped working" and the rightnow instance closed automatically.
Now I am not able to login the rightnow instance since facing the same issue as mentioned above.
