SRM Accelerator Add-In Exceptions
We have successfully implemented the SRM Accelerator integration with Oracle Service Cloud, and this works fine, pushing social messages into OSvC, and replying to them from OSvC.
However whenever a staff user closes the Agent Desktop, an error pops up, see below.
A second popup also comes up, saying: An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. A task was cancelled.
The console log file also has info on the error, see below.
I have narrowed the cause down to the Accelerator.SRM.ServiceStatusBarAddIn, because if I disable this add-in, there are no errors on exit.
