SRM Accelerator Issue: Pending incident number
On behalf of a client, I have configured SRM Accelerator for a test site, following each and every step of configuration for Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Social Cloud, as per the documentation here: http://download.oracle.com/otndocs/SRMAccelerator/index.html
All of the configuration worked successfully, including receiving the OAuth settings (Authorization endpoint URL + Access endpoint URL) and configuring these in Service Cloud.
However when attempting to test the integration, incidents are not created in Oracle Service Cloud.
- Log into SRM, and go to Engage
- Select a message
- Click "Send to Oracle Service Cloud" link, and confirm click "Send" button
