Hi community,

I am aware of the social monitor and the other social features of RightNow regarding monitoring and reaction of/to social media posts.

But is it possible to post something to Facebook, Twitter etc. out of RightNow - but not as a reaction? For example I launched a compaign but there are some technical issues regarding redemption of discout coupons. I want to post an information about this on my facebook page.

If this is possible - where are the limits? What social media can be used? Is there something new in the latest release I missed or is there anything planned in the near future?
