CP 3.7 for Answer Versioning system requirements?

Answer Versioning indicates CP 3.7 is a requirement. Why is this?


Hi all,

The Answer Versioning article lists system requirements. 18A is required, which makes sense... that's the code base that contains the new feature. That article also contains some config requirements relating to permissions and the workspace.

One requirement I'm wondering about is "Customer Portal version for your interface must be on version 3.7 or newer." Why is this, given that the changes all seem to be configuration-related and don't relate to end user display?

(You can see where I'm going with this... I'm looking at doing this for an 18B/CP3.3 combination and this could halt that process.)
