Hi All,

In Message Templates is it possible to have a Conditional section within a Default section of a Case section? 

From my experience I was unable to get it to work as any conditional section I have inserted inside the Default section of a Case statement have not triggered. I have even tried recreating it in multiple environments without any luck.
