Our organization recently started working with answers to be used for knowledge base.

Since most of our answers will be manual (and not proposed incidents), we needed a solution for adding inline images.

Current answer system capabilities doesn't allow copying and pasting a screen shot (where as in an incident it does) to an answer, but only via an https://... address.

From what I have searched and realized, the best practice offered by Oracle support is to upload screen shots on your organization's public servers and from there copy and paste the url to the inline image.

We needed a different solution, so what we came up with was to use the file attachments explorer, and add it to the navigation set of our support engineers.
