Error on OSvC after apply SRM integrator accelerator

The OSvC incidents from SRM don´t appear as Social (FB, Tw) and be like a SOAP Connection

After implementing the OSvC accelerator to integrating with SRM (http://download.oracle.com/otndocs/SRMAccelerator/topicrefs/c_overview.html) the incidents are not more as a social incident, they become just a SOAP API incident from a SOAP Connection, fist to all they disappear of the previous reports, and now I cannot reply the answers from OSvC to SRM because they do not find the source.

Does someone implement this connection using the accelerator? how appear the incidents from SRM? someone can provide guidance or advice?
