Our team made the integration between SRM and RightNow, the client creates an incident in the social network, SRM sends the incident to RightNow, the incident is created in RightNow but they are not being assigned to a profile group or a group account. We think that we need to configure the association or assignment to a RightNow profile group in the SRM.

We appreciate your help.
