Preferred Chat Agent

Allow customers to connect with their Preferred Chat AgentContent
Is it possible to allow customers to identify and pick their preferred agent. We have found that our agents are developing digital relationships with the customer. This relationship mirrors ones developed in person.
We would like to allow the customer to "Save" their preferred agent and then be able to directly connect to that agent if available. and/or Display a list of available agents and let the customer connect to whomever they choose.
