BUI: Unable to open chat attachment in chat session

Hi All,

I have uploaded a file in customer portal chat landing but i could not open it in the chat session of BUI.

It shows error as "Unable to open/Download attachment". But i can open the file in Agent Desktop.

Is there any config issue?
