Agent Desktop - Private note thread
SummaryAdd a Private note when submits an incident
I would like to fetch a custom field value from incident workspace and store it into private note dynamically once the incident is created.
I have already viewed this answer https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/37ae518ac8 but this is from customer portal. I need from agent desktop.So can we use either from custom process management or custom process script in AD.
Can anyone aware of it kindly tell me how to do.
